This very desirable boat makes a wonderful day boat for up to six people, a weekend boat for up to four, extended cruising for a couple or as a liveaboard for one or two.
Hancock and Lane "Huntsman" boat built 1980's.
New Beta Marine engine in 2014, less than 1500 hours on the clock.
Sides fully overplated in 2005, bottom overplated in 2007 (fully welded and central plug welds), stainless steel water tank fabricated and fitted in 2009, steel stable doors at front fabricated and fitted 2018. All done by Roger Farrington of Ivybridge Marine Ltd, Braunston. A well respected boatbuilder and maintainer, Roger always has his hands full and I have been lucky to have him keep an eye on my boat over the years, including 2 pack epoxy blacking most recently in 2018, prop fettling etc.
Boat Safety Scheme Certificate valid until December 2022.

Opposite sink is the three ring cooker with grill and separate oven. Cupboard space on the right and cupboard space for fridge on the left. Leading to bench seat (facing wood burner stove) which converts to double bed with storage under. Opposite is a free standing fold out dining table with drawers.
At the end of the bench seat is a full height cupboard/wardrobe. Then the bath with shower over. Opposite the bath is a cupboard/wardrobe and the elsan compartment. Doors either end of the bathroom can be closed for privacy.
Bedroom with two bench seats converts to double bed. Stable doors to cratch.
Cratch area holds anchor, chain and warp. Bespoke stainless steel fresh water tank under. Gas locker holding two gas bottles.

Brand new Beta Marine 38 with twin alternators fitted autumn 2015. Less than 1500 hours running.
Battery box contains two leisure batteries charged by high power alternator and topped up by solar panel. One starter battery charged by alternator.
Water in the calorifier is heated by the engine, and holds enough hot water for a full bath and some to spare.
Easily accessible weed hatch, stern gland greaser, diesel cut off valve, bilge pump and battery isolation switch.

Wet locker holding mooring pins, lump hammer, hooks, fire extinguisher, ProPower 800watt inverter and fold up table and chairs.
Stainless steel sink and drainer with mixer tap, ample worktop space either side, cupboards and drawers under.

12 volt and 240 volt sockets at end of L shaped worktop.

L shaped seating can convert to double bed.
Morso squirrel multi fuel stove mounted on a tiled plinth and surround in the middle of the boat maximising the heat distribution making the whole boat warm and comfortable in the winter. Useful for long slow stews and casseroles.
