Got chatting to Millie Yarrow who was moored up in front of us (first met her at Brinklow). I explained that I had to go to the pharmacy in Brownsover to collect my prescription and she very kindly offered to collect it for me as she had intended to walk up there herself anyway. I accepted her offer. Her wrist is much better now.
7th
Caught the fuel boat as it was going past so took advantage and filled up with diesel. Didn't need any coal or gas.
Placed an order with Tesco click and collect for tomorrow as we are moored really close to them.
10th
Wandered through the housing estate on our way to Tesco to collect the groceries. It is quite well laid out and not unattractive. When we got there the instructions were to stay in our car till we were called forward so I stood in the collection bay going 'Brrrrm brrrm'. We were called forward and packed all the shopping in a couple of rucksacks and left going 'Brrm brrm.
11th
Ordered an MMPT solar panel controller, it's meant to be much better than the PWM controller currently fitted. It wastes less of the available electricity and if I connect the panels up as three pairs of 24 volt panels instead of six single 12 volt panels they should charge for an extra thirty to forty minutes each day.
12th to 22nd
Not much going on. Verruca treatment ends, actually it finished a few weeks ago when the verruca disappeared.

Tesco couldn't be bothered to deliver, the driver wanted an early finish. I saw him drive past about an hour before he was due and I had a missed call on my phone, probably from the driver, I was over the other side of the canal at the time and in the process of moving to the delivery point so I could be there before he was due. I contacted their complaints line and was promised delivery for tomorrow.
23rd
Tesco delivery didn't turn up again, lost confidence and cancelled, went to Thomlinsons instead. Apparently the store manager cancelled the order anyway so I did not need to cancel myself.
Having got some food we motored along to a favourite mooring location out in the sticks.
